What is the typical delivery time for a new bike?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your cycle leaves our warehouse.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and seat. We include a comprehensive toolkit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every purchase.
What kind of warranty do you offer on electric and standard bikes?
We provide a 2-year warranty on the bike frame and a 1-year warranty on critical components, including the motor and battery for our electric models. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include general wear and tear.
Can I return my bike if it's not the right fit for me?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy. The bicycle must be in its original packaging and in 'as-new' condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
